Anti-Tipping Garden Kneeler Seat

The day this item was delivered I had company for dinner. Unfortunately the person fell (she has vertigo) and thought unharmed,as strong as I am I could not lift her. I made her comfortable until the vertigo episode passed and instead of trying to lift her again I went and got this bench from the garage and set it down right next to her. With the construction of this particular model, I was able to stand on the ends to keep it 100% stable until she could position herself and get into a position on one knee and then go to standing by stabilizing herself with the bench. Once she was standing I was able to escort her over to a chair without any difficulty.So besides being an asset in the garden, especially for those of us with bad knees, it can be an asset in the house until Spring arrives !I'd say that's a great value for the low price.

perfect for the purpose intended

I got this for my 80-year old mother, who is an avid gardener. She does have more difficulty getting up and down to pull weeds and such than she used to, and really likes that she can use this as a kneeler or a seat to do this. She says it makes getting up a lot easier and it is more comfortable. It seems quite sturdy, and is working very well for her.

I like this garden kneeler/seat better than my old one because the seat is twice as deep. It's cushy on my tushy, and soft on my knees when flipped over. Plus I can use the side handles to help me push up while in either position. They included all the necessary tools and hardware, plus easy to follow directions for assembly. Note, the sides have a little bit of wobble/play in them, but I don't think it will effect the overall longevity of it. It's super sturdy and easily held a 250 lb. volunteer seat tester.
